Norfolk & Waveney NHS Reserve

I am a Registered General Nurse with a background in older people’s medicine.

I have been part of the Norfolk & Waveney Reserve programme since day 1. As the Clinical Lead I provide professional guidance, clinical leadership and pastoral support to professional registrants and all who operate within the programme. Since January, my role has expanded to become Assistant Programme Manager to assist in the wider programme operations, governance and expansion.

I mentor new Reservists on their clinical shift in a number of different settings. Additionally, I support colleagues with regular night shifts in other services where extra resources are needed. I am a passionate advocate of safe, qualify patient care and I aim to ensure that all Reservists follow this code.
