Our We Care Together Norfolk & Waveney People Plan, written following extensive consultation with system partners and our workforce, describes how we will work towards our vision to have happy, healthy people delivering excellent compassionate care.
This will enable us to achieve our system goal for Norfolk & Waveney to be the best place to work, mirroring the aspirations set our in the National People Plan 2020/21.
Achieving Our Vision
In August 2020 we launched our workforce strategy ‘We Care Together, Norfolk and Waveney People Plan’ which describes how we will work as an Integrated Care System to ensure that Norfolk and Waveney is the best place to work in health and social care. Our People Plan aligns to the national NHS People Plan and describes how we will:
1. Creating new opportunities, roles and new ways of working
2. Promoting good health and wellbeing for our people
3. Maximising and valuing the skills of our people
4. Creating a positive and inclusive culture and developing strong leadership
