Step into Work Programme

This is a four-week programme that has been created for individuals who are unemployed and aged 19+.

The programme is delivered in partnership with the Department of Work and Pensions and other NHS Trusts and Social Care employers across Norfolk and Waveney
Virtual work experience placements are delivered via SpringPod.

Virtual Work Experience

Candidates will also undertake virtual online training delivered by City College Norwich where participants will work towards a Level 1 Award in Employability Skills.
