Supervisor, Assessor and Educator training
The success of the national ambition to grow the health and care workforce is heavily reliant on a sustainable supply of high-quality people at all levels of the workforce. Consequently, increasing capacity for learners to complete their clinical practice learning outcomes is critical in securing the supply of future qualified and unqualified practitioners across all workforce groups.

To ensure we have quality learning environments , we need to equip our assessors/supervisors and educators with the skills, values and behaviours that are conducive to supporting learning, building confidence and develop skills for both themselves and learners they are supporting whilst on placement. Many of our people across Norfolk and Waveney may be starting out in their roles as assessors/supervisors/educators, or some may need refreshers to keep their skills up to date. Please see links to HEIs resources across the ICS which will support our people to access assessors/supervisor/educator training materials.
