I am both an HR professional and formally qualified programme manager with over 25 years’ experience gained in workforce transformation in UK and worldwide health economies and other public and private organisations. I have led the formation of the Norfolk & Waveney Reservist programme and I am passionate about innovative workforce design and transformation.
The Reserve pilots have demonstrated a real proof of concept, winning the hearts and minds of a different section of the workforce, and demonstrating its worth to our clinical and operational colleagues. I have been delighted to take on the seconded role as National Programme Director to roll-out the NHS Reserve and I remain very closely attached to the Norfolk & Waveney scheme.
