Norfolk & Waveney NHS Reserve

Gemma joined the Reserve in January 23 as an Administrator dealing with the booking of shifts and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of Reserve workers.  In October, Gemma was promoted to  Operations lead and deals with all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, bookings, payroll and all associated administration for our dedicated pool of workers.   Gemma brings a range of customer service and admin skills and a real positive energy to the team. Gemma says ‘ I feel lucky to be part of such an amazing dedicated team and cannot wait to see what the future of the Reserve brings’
