Introduction
Bullying and harassment are a significant concern in the NHS. The 2019 NHS staff survey shows that 28.5% of staff reported experiencing bullying in the last 12 months, with 12.3% of staff experiencing bullying and/or harassment at work from managers and 19% from other colleagues.
